We ensure that the right articles are assigned to the right people. And not only that, but we stay on top of everything so that deadlines are kept, and you’re not made to wait on what you need. 

Search Engine Optimization and Keyword Research

If you need help with figuring out your keywords, we do that too. We help with everything from location-centered content to determining what pages you should be adding to your site to give you better visibility. 

SEO is important, but a lot of our clients aren’t sure how it works. Our goal is organic SEO that will help your site reach Google’s page 1. 

Research, Research, Research

Proper Formatting

You probably weren’t aware of the fact that in order to do well on your site, your content needs to be formatted properly. That means applying the right headers, spacing, and links. We take care of that so you don’t have to once an article gets to you. 

Professional Editing

Once your article has been written, it goes straight to an editor. Our editors are great at finding mistakes, but they also use some tools to ensure your content is just right. 

First, they check it with Grammarly. That will help them find any immediate mistakes that need to be corrected. 

Sometimes we use Hemingway, which helps us look for things like passive tense or sentences that are hard to read. 

Then, we may run it through Copyscape, which is a paid service that will ensure that your content is unique and won’t get your website penalized in any way. We have no tolerance for plagiarism around here. 

Sometimes our editors have had to send articles back to our writers. If they’re not happy, those pieces are fixed until they are. Period. 

Quality Control

Even if the editor is happy, there’s still one final step your articles will go through before you ever see them – quality control. 

Your project manager will do a final overview of the article once it’s completed. They’ll look for anything that might have been missed by the editor. They’ll also make sure the outline was followed and that everything is as it should be. 

Uploading and Website Programming

At this point, sometimes we just send the pages to you, the client. But we can also go one step further and upload them to your website for you if you’d like.
